Great support and fast refund! I placed a test order and one item was missing due to what seemed to be a technical issue. The Brandsgateway app is very easy to install and it continuously updates product details so the Shopify store is kept fully up to date with changes on products being offered, as well as maintaining real time inventory level updates from the warehouse locations. Integration with Shopify works very well, but if you have a large inventory it is advisable to look for a bulk editing app which can manage large numbers of products, as this is not included either in the BG app, or Shopify. Response times by the BG support team are usually within a couple of hours, via email or Whatsapp, and they are very happy to go on online Zoom type meetings if this is needed.
