Boutiq is awesome. We're above average AOV (~$250) so it's absolutely worth the time to talk customers through the product, show them different options and give them style advice in realtime. Many of our customers aren't particularly digitally confident, so being able to compile a shared basket while they're on the video call is excellent and 100% drives conversion. Right now we're working out how to funnel more of our customers into using the service. 10/10

The app is really well designed and provides basic functions for video-clienteling on Shopify! We use it to answer product questions or to recommend styles to customers. Now that everyone is working from home, getting that special one-on-one attention while you shop is key to engaging your customers, and to "meet" them in "person." Highly recommend.
