I reached out on the chat because I was unclear on a few functions. Izzy was very friendly, even added some cute gifs and fun personality. She was able to answer my questions and provide me links for more info if I needed. I have used the app for a long time and have seen improvement on my SEO. It's nice that it's automated and works for me when I am not working.
