Really helpful and personable in solving problems i had ( problem was my end). Great app with good people behind it

After a year of "set it and forget it" (because it just works), I needed some help and support answered within a day with step by step instructions. Happy customer here.

I've been using this app for 2 months and it's been excellent for blocking unwanted traffic and reducing fraudulent activity. The geolocation redirection and shop visitor report features give me great insights into who's visiting my store. Setup was straightforward, and the customer support team (especially Amy) responds quickly whenever I have questions. Highly recommend for any merchant looking to improve site security and understand their visitor behavior better.

BM: Country Blocker IP Blocker support is fantastic. Google had identified that my website might be compromised, and alerted my ad admin that my ads were being paused. I sent a note to Amy White in support and asked her if she could see what might be going on. She got back to me IMMEDIATELY (which I especially appreciated since emails from Google are extremely nerve-wracking) and reviewed my site. She said it was not hacked, but made a small tweak to my IP blocking settings that could have triggered concerns. We are requesting a review currently and hopefully all will be ok. This app is great, literally just installed it and am already seeing suspect countries being blocked in the logs. In addition it has some really great features, like blocking dev tools, the console, right-clicks, etc... And there is an Admin mode so I can allow myself to debug while it blocks everyone else from those types of actions. So out of the gate, this gets a 5-star review for sure.

About a week using the app and so far it does what I need, plus a bunch of other features. Also great support from Amy that helped me solve some issues.

I installed this app about an hour ago. There was a China bot on my site scraping the website when I downloaded it. Set country block to China and 2 other countries that try to bot order, and immediately the China bot was kicked off my site. The $3.99 price is fair for only blocking 3 countries. Worked immediately. I will keep this app.

Easy to use, and it does block the countries that you don't really want to show. Good App, strongly suggested!

I tried this app for 2 months now and it works perfectly well. I want to thank the customer service for their support, very quick and helpful. I highly recommend.

I wish a list of orders would appear when I select the order I want to block, but I found that the app asks me to enter my name, phone number, email, or a lot of other information. Unfortunately, the app is very cumbersome. Perhaps if there was customer service, it would make me happy. I might change my comment for the better.

I've only been using this app for about a week and I love how much insight and control it gives you. I've asked a couple of questions to the team and got really good and in depth replies. I can see myself a long term customer especially with how cheap it is. I would rate this app a solid 5 start but I got to deduct one because of their tactic to influence reviews. On the app they have a 1 to 5 start review button, if you select 5 star it sends you to the Shopify app store page so you can fill an official review. On the other hand if you select less than 5 stars on the app they send you to their own contact form instead in an attempt to divert any non 5 star review away from the official app store. If you ask me that's a bit dishonest since its done to mislead potential customers by influencing reviews. I'm more than happy to change my review to 5 star if they change that practice.

Excellent app and easy to set up. It blocks bots/VPNs and filters out traffic from non-target countries. The Shop Visitor Logs are clear and support is responsive. Highly recommended for new Shopify stores.

I've just installed this after getting an exorbitant amount of bots from Ashburn, VA. Overall very impressed with the app and the easy user interface. Immediately after installing and blocking, my website stats went back to normal.

Amy was super helpful and identified a wider issue we were facing. It wasn't something that BM could assist with at this point. But based on my experience to-date, their customer service has been great.

This app is valuable. I recently noticed a significant number of suspicious sessions coming from Germany, which concerns me. After comparing user reviews, app features, and pricing, I decided to give it a try. First, I blocked visits from Germany and all bots and VPNs. Then, Amy guided me on how to detect IP information, and I successfully blocked all visits from a specific German organization, along with their ASN and ISP (though I'm not entirely sure what those letters mean). During my usage, I also identified many bots crawling my website. By leveraging AI, I was able to pinpoint which ones I could block without negatively affecting my Google rankings or disrupting customer usage. Additionally, this app allows me to prevent image copying—no right-clicking is allowed now. However, I still permit content copying because I believe customers may occasionally need to copy product names. I must emphasise how fantastic Amy's support was! She not only answered all my questions but also checked my settings to help me avoid making any mistakes. I highly recommend installing this app before the price goes up!

Great customer service, quick and thorough responses. There are a lot more features to this app other than just the country blocker feature. I like to use the "shop visitor report". This feature helps me to know what products people are interested in and what aspects of the website are being used by visitors. Shopify Analytics is very limited and vague when it comes to visitor info, it mostly focuses on sales information. There are also content protection features which can be customized to protect your images from being saved or printed. It can even protect the writing on the site from being copied and pasted.
