We used Blend AI for around 18 months, overall the experience was good and their customer service is great. The app is certainly an approach to setting up you campaigns when you have no experience with google ads, facebook, instagram. Only problem we experienced is a rather low ROAS of 1.8 over the 18 months. They did try and work with us to improve it but didn't work. As we only had a smaller ad budget of $2000/mo with their fees our costs were around 20% of that budget, so it was just no viable for the business.
