We have an online marketplace and are working to build our brand in 2026 with affiliate marketing. We downloaded this app on Jan. 23 and the set-up has been extremely user friendly and the support is amazing. I'm a professional counselor and have no background in the tech world, but I can do this with BixGrow. When I've hit an obstacle the BixGrow Rep Julia has been extremely responsive and the Dev team has gotten done what I needed and an answer in less than 15 minutes, I'm not joking. After less than 2 days using this app, it's been a great experience so far!

Been using this app for several months now and the features that have is fantastic. Customer service has been great and always helpful and very responsive with their live chat. If there's something I don't know how to do they'll go away it take screenshots and give me step-by-step instructions on how to do it.

Migrated from Refersion to BixGrow for our affiliate management. They have more features available including Multi-Level Marketing. Plus, as an added bonus, their platform is a significantly lower subscription cost and they do not charge additional commission. Their customer service was also the reason I chose them. They were extremely helpful while I was researching affiliate marketing platforms. Once I decided to go with BixGrow they offered everything I need to migrate and get set up; helpful, easy to understand, and fast responses. They even turned around some custom development within a day! We're only just getting started using their platform, but this is a very positive start. They have been so helpful that I also decided to migrate our loyalty and referral program to their other app, Zing.
