Migrated from Refersion to BixGrow for our affiliate management. They have more features available including Multi-Level Marketing. Plus, as an added bonus, their platform is a significantly lower subscription cost and they do not charge additional commission. Their customer service was also the reason I chose them. They were extremely helpful while I was researching affiliate marketing platforms. Once I decided to go with BixGrow they offered everything I need to migrate and get set up; helpful, easy to understand, and fast responses. They even turned around some custom development within a day! We're only just getting started using their platform, but this is a very positive start. They have been so helpful that I also decided to migrate our loyalty and referral program to their other app, Zing.

Customer service was super responsive and helpful. I needed a slight customization to their system and they modified it for me quickly. Recommend their support and the app functionality.

I wish they would STOP changing the UI! Every time you login, you have to figure out how the reconfigured everything. It doesn't make it easier for the customers. Now you can't payout by line item, you have to pay in one lump. Go back to the last UI. It actually worked.
