This is a great app for those looking for a reliable client service agent to work on whatsapp and instagram DM. The dashboard is also very easy to use and there is a lot of space for prompts. 2 - the cost - benefit of Bitchat also good as we have one provider for both whatsapp and instagram DM where we get most our demands from clients. The support is also great. Our business model is a little more complex than usual and support has been very opened to hear our issues and adapt the tool as much as possible to cover our needs.

Sometimes it misses one or two products, but whenever that happens, the support team jumps in right away to fix it. Overall a great experience!
