** Updated Reply ** I hear what you are saying, however, I have sent a copy of my bill which shows I was clearly charged. I have also sent you a screenshot of your screen showing that I did NOT select a plan, the screenshot shows that I hit cancel, and I still have 3 plans to choose from. This appears to be omitted from your response. Regardless of whether Shopify control the billing or not, I am a customer, I have been charged for something that I do not have, and I did not agree to. You are the developer that works with Shopify and you get paid for your apps, it is out of my control if I have been charged for this app - I expect you or Shopify to resolve the issue. I contacted Shopify support, they contacted you and told you to refund it as they could also see I was changed - they were also provided a copy of the bill. When I installed the app I noticed there was no free trial for the plan I wanted. Your team actually re-enabled the free trial option on the Basic plan as it had disappeared after I hit cancel. So, something has gone wrong - and I have been charged the Premium fee for an app that was installed for an hour. So, your explanations don't help. It doesn't resolve the issue, I have still been charged. My review is quite simply a warning - don't use this app, if you do and you don't agree to a plan - you'll probably still be charged. I have been, and it appears no one wants to help to resolve the matter and give me the money back that I was charged. Instead, it seems to be easier to blame Shopify and not worry about the fact the customer was charged. I will further escalate it to Shopify, it sounds like the developer doesn't know how to use the systems provided to them. That's obvious when I have a charge on my bill, Shopify contact the developer and tell them to refund it, but nope - the developer says I haven't been billed. So many apps where features don’t work, but in this case there is no way to even test with a trial - not even for a day. This app was installed on my store almost 3 months ago. The experience I have had thus far with the app and more importantly the app developer has been overwhelmingly positive. App developer is very responsive and very willing to assist with my requests. Prior to this app I have used 3 other offer apps in the past, but by far the experience with this app is the best and it is because of the team behind the app. Highly recommended if you are looking for a make an offer app.

Amazing App And Amazing Customer Support. Cannot Recommend Highly Enough. I tried a few price match apps but none were quite right for our needs. Great App, I give 5 stars and was 3 stars at the beginning, but the support did such a great job that I change my mind? In fcat I was lucky to add this app when it was a promotion before Valentine's days, 4,95 $ and get full functionalities. The team is working on additional languages sent by emails. The Mini CRM is easy to use and the notifications via email are simple but powerful. I recommend this App for any store. Perfect for my needs, I like the text widget loading after the product page load. I believe the App is going to help me increase sales, and at least it gives the opportunity to reach the prospect. Works smoothly. All text is customizable, including font colors, size, etc...

Needed some integration at first but customer support was great. It works great, form is customizable and it lets your store offer price match.
