Using it but discovered it doesnt work, it shows up when i come on the page and when i select a colour, it dissapears and doesnt come back only when refresh, and if i select any colour again, it dissapears again

BF Size Chart works very well and the price is certainly worth it. After a theme update that I initiated, some of my custom settings were reverted and I had to reach out for help. I was provided the needed help quickly and the experience was very pleasant and non stressful. One thing I like about this app is just how simple it really is to use, it doesn't drag down my site and there's not a bunch of useless functions. Simple can be very refreshing.

App stopped working, sizing chart doesn't show up anymore after 2 years of using it. Seems like it isn't working anywhere on my stores. edit: was down for me for a day but is working again, developer reached out and was very nice.

A rudimentary app that offers simple features. I don't think it's designed for commercial-level businesses. I have to build my charts each and every time I list a new product, which is frankly redundant, tiring, and frustrating. Plus, there's no way to save your charts, so that you can use them again—you're forced to create a chart every single time. Incredible that they weren't able to figure this out from the start. Currently looking for a replacement.

TL;DR-Great app, great developers, wish they had more apps. This is a great app and although it feels a little bare bones in some places, it does everything I need and makes me look good doing it. They are very responsive for such a small operation. I had a few questions and a suggestion that they responded to me within minutes. Thanks!

I love this app. It’s so easy to use and fully customizable. It works great for me. All of the other size chart apps are too difficult and complicated for no reason.
