I signed up with them around 2 weeks ago hoping they can provide a better shipping and quote for my product. At first everything seemed good they provide a really good quote but now the agent doesn't respond anymore and I am still waiting for my product to be fulfilled by them. If they cannot respond to my message I cannot imagine how they will be efficient to fulfill the orders
