This app was so easy to set up and use! I had a little issue with my "Notify Me" button overlapping my quantity selector next to my buy buttons, but Kasi at Support was able to fix it quickly. (I didn't even need to explain it, really. They just saw the problem and fixed it!) Great app for small businesses who need some extra stocking functionalities on their website without breaking the bank.

First off, the customer support has been fantastic! I’m not very tech-savvy, so I reached out with a question. Sneha from the support team responded quickly and guided me through some simple steps. What I thought was a bug turned out to be my own misunderstanding, and she helped me clear it up with ease. I’m really enjoying the app so far, and as a small business owner, I can already see how much time it’s going to save me.

The app was easy to understand but unfortunately it required additional support to get it aligned on the product page which caused us to miss sales. I should have reached out sooner. When I did reach out to customer service, Hassan was incredibly helpful! He took care of the issues quickly, went above and beyond to help me with another unrelated issues and followed up to make sure everything went well. 10/10 for customer service.

Great app even for a smaller business. Has enabled me to keep track of pre orders and the support staff is always amazing and super fast to fix any problems over chat. Im currently on the free plan as not really large enough to need all the features of the other plans yet but i wont hesitate when i get to that point

This app works exactly as expected and has been easy to set up and manage. The back-in-stock notifications run smoothly, and customers really appreciate being alerted when products are available again, helping us capture sales we might have otherwise missed. What really stands out is the support. Getting a live agent promptly has been such a great experience. The team is quick to respond, understands our requirements, and has been incredibly helpful, especially for managing preorders and restocks. Overall, a very reliable and valuable tool for our business. Highly recommend.

Just set up for my small business. Super easy to do that. I overlooked the activation button and asked for help. The help was super-fast and super helpful.

Really easy to install and setup, but if you do need any assistance their IT is quick to reply and help jump in!
