Hello I have been trying to work with Stoq since mid Oct. I have had good experiences and some very poor. I think Vishu is awful support rep, very unhelpful, demeaning and lazy. Nagaraj was extremely helpful and was able to fix my issue. Anaam tried to help gave a good effort.

The app itself is easy enough to use and understand Although it would be good if you can create templates and copy them for time saving. It would be good if it could also have selective emails, and not send out emails for every "pre-order" you create. The app on notify unfortunately doesn't send a "thank you for registering" e-mail, for those who register to "wishlist" items. In general, the app mostly works as you'd expect, and if you need extra help, the team are very efficient and do their best to resolve issues, going as far as thinking outside of the box, or doing extra work behind the scenes. The app is good but if the aforementioned features could be added, it would make the app even better.

After searching for an app to help me set up preorders for my shop, Stoq has proven to be the perfect fit. Not only is the set up process easy to navigate but it integrates beautifully with my site. Where Stoq really wins is their responsiveness! The customer support is amazing. I had a small issue with my set up and when I reached out for assistance, they got back to me so fast!
