We are new users to the app; but in the last week our experience has been terrific. It has been an ease to setup restock notifications and preorders. I reached out to customer service for a question specific to our store and they provide a great solution to our challenge. If like me you're a designer maker and stock levels sometimes get the better of you this is a really useful app. It's early days for me as a shop owner and the online support team were really helpful when I got a bit stuck setting things up.

Customer experience has been unreal honestly. Every time Ive asked them if something can be modified, ie placement of a button for example they've turned around and figured out a custom solution for me pretty much same day.
