Some of the set up is a bit unclear but the team are very helpful and always resolve any issues I have very promptly.

Needed help with setting up due to our store theme. Nagaraj was great in helping us getting our cart looking the way we wanted.

we've had a few small glitches w the app but the team have been great about quick responses and have fixed everything. I'm not super tech savvy but I can find my way around and make changes as needed. So far this app is doing what we need - creating custom presales for specific products that are not in stock yet.

Probably the best app available for its purpose. Easy integration and setup, and the customer support has been top notch and very prompt in fixing the usual issues that pop up with Shopify apps. Why 4 Stars? 1) Could improve on the visual customization options.

Khutheja did a good job and she fixed my issue but I have no idea what the specific issue was or how to fix it if it happens again. Other then her forgetting to share what happened and how to fix it, she did great!

I would recommend Stoq App for Preorder and Back in Stock notifications, especially as a new start up in the ecommerce space.

Very helpful customer service and pretty easy to understand and use. The one negative point I have as of now, is that you can not fully customize the pre-order confirmation emails, which they hopefully will add soon.

I just started working with the app and everything is going well. I had a few questions and support was able to assist me rather quickly. I am giving it a 4 out of 5 just because I am fairly new to the app.
