Terrible Experience - Clunky Interface and Poor Customer Service I've been thoroughly disappointed with AWeber. The interface is incredibly clunky and difficult to navigate, making simple tasks more time-consuming than they should be. To make matters worse, the customer service is abysmal—responses are slow and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and without solutions. After struggling with AWeber, I switched to Klaviyo, and the difference is night and day. Klaviyo is far superior in terms of ease of use, features, and customer support. I wouldn't recommend AWeber to anyone; save yourself the headache and choose a better platform like Klaviyo.

Unbelievable. AWeber force a move to use this app (or another more expensive app that is simply not required) and when trying to connect to AWeber from my Shopify store, the link goes to a 404 error page. And of course the LIve chat is not live and I have to wait over 48 hours to get a response from a person. Not a good start! I received your response via Shopify and not directly so when you wrote 'let you know if there are still issues', I am wondering how you anticipate I can do that when you did not provide an email address!!?? Finally fixed by using Chrome but apparently by accident as Combidesk reported no issue on their side despite informing me that at least one other customer had the same problem but had to use Edge to make the installation . Still awaiting a response to questions as to the correct setup as the help area is years out of date, and the wording is unclear.

Have had the app installed for 5 days with several problems and its impossible to get any support or help. Not very impressed and extremely frustrated as it's affecting my new shopify website I have just published.

This app made syncing my AWeber contacts with Shopify a breeze. I love how easy it was to add a pop-up form to my website! I highly recommend this Combidesk app if you use AWeber!

Nice App. Keeps Aweber email list synced to Shopify nicely at a reasonable price. I recommend this app if you use Aweber.

One of the key aspects of building a successful shopify store is repeat customers. The best way to bring back existing customers to your webstore is to use Aweber Email with your store, Every day I get new customers on to my mailing list with this excellent app. Many thanks guys.

I love this app, it connects my shopify store to my aweber account so all of my new customers automatically import into my list on aweber and places new customers onto my automated email series

So far I have had nothing but a good experience with this App. Does what it says on the tin but plenty of potential for more with Aweber. I have found their customer service to be excellent, it was the reason in the end that I went with them over Mailchimp (Mailchimp's wasn't bad, I just found the Aweber team really responsive and helpful).
