Downloaded the app because needed to limit product purchases for specific product lines. Was assisted by a lovely gentleman named Ricky who assisted me through the process. He shared screenshots and provided detailed instructions so that the app can be integrated with my website correctly.

Just installed this app and it's just what my shop needed! Initially had a troubleshooting question and Tiana was able to support right away. The video of the changes was super helpful especially being able to see the step by step process. So far so good and excellent customer service support!

Great app - It truly is built for shopify and has the most rigrous checkout rules amongst all the other order limits app. Also, a highly supportive and quick to respond team, kudos!

The team has fixed the issue with special code edits for me....would be 5 star if this was a user controlled function native in the app. Updated to 4 stars. Still missing the customer tag function to allow special rules for customers by tag. Collection Limit does not work as you might think. The App tries to enforce the limit immediately on any product in the collection. For example if you want to require a min of 3 products from a collection, it hijacks your product page and defaults the add to cart qty to 3. It's OK that the warning exists "you must buy 3 products from this collection to complete checkout" but the App should not immediately try to force the customer to add 3 of the same product to the cart...let the customer build the cart with the products they want, default add to cart should stay at 1. Or a other fix would be to add an option for the default add to cart qty to be a setting in the app, let me choose what to set it at. Developer wants 1-2 days to consider a fix. I might just try another App as I see some Apps (i.e. Minmaxify Order Limits) also allow settings based on customer tags and cost the same. Very little options in this App

I found the app quite easy to follow once I used the step by step instructions. I liked that there was someone available straight away to speak to as well, as I did need to ask a few questions. Nim in particular was very helpful and gave good advice. My only concern about the app is the $9.99 fee for the basic package (one note on the website to advise customers of a minimum spend) seems a little steep.
