The call was very helpful in getting my shipping process started. Very happy with the Manohar and the help he gave.

Installed for one day, then uninstalled because it did not work for what I wanted, and still got billed a full month Their team also has the audacity to call you unexpectedly to try to help you set it up, not even giving the option not to call, and then when you uninstall you get another email telling you that they're going to call - not even asking.
