I was disappointed with this shipping app on multiple levels. For one, it's not a pleasing dashboard to work within, and could be made to look more modern, but that I could deal with if it worked well as an app. The frustrating part was not being able to void a UPS label when you've made a mistake. I was not getting a clear instruction from the customer service team on how to go about voiding an label I've paid for and had to figure it out with multiple google searches. The customer service does respond quickly which I appreciate but not being able to void labels within the app was annoying. Also adjusting the customs details of a product shipping internationally was not evident and I still don't even know if you can do it on the app. If they fix the customer experience on the app, maybe it would be a worthwhile option in the meantime while Canada Post is on strike. I went with shipstation and the platform has been working well.

The app meets almost all of our needs as a young start-up, but what I treasure the most is the amazing, and quick, support we get. They are very good in explaining processes, providing screenshots, etc as needed. They almost act like consultants in assisting you in accomplishing something that may not be standard functionality. . As far as functionality, we currently integrate both our UPS and USPS accounts, with several items. We've been able to set it up so it works perfectly in selecting the right package, even when we have a mix of items. Sure it could use an enhancement here or there but this app has made life so much easier for us, and when you're dealing with new accounting apps, etc, that is priceless. Easy 5 stars!

By far the best customer service I've had since trying any other shipping app. The step-by-step help via a Zoom call was not expected but extremely appreciated. I'd been struggling by myself trying to navigate other apps so to get such great customer service (and to get my shipping rates finally working correctly) when I was at my wit's end was just terrific. Highly recommend!

Very good experience with the app so far. Our company is integrating through Fedex for parcel shipping rates and it truly is a seamless integration that returns the exact rates as our Fedex calculator. The setup process can seem intimidating with so many different settings, but the developer and support teams are quick to identify problems and provide solutions within 24 hours.

Great app, with even better support! Was a bit lost before I got set-up, but had meeting with their staff and got rolling in less than 30 minutes! Was with Shipstation for 2 years and just could not swallow how expensive it came up to with the exchange rate. So went on the hunt for a cheaper alternative and so far, I could not be more happy with the switch. It was a bit hard to get used to. Probably because I was used to working with another application but I stuck with it and once I got the hang of it, it's actually WAYYYYYYY better. I love how all the statuses show up in my admins page. So much easier to track my orders. I still have things to learn but the customer service is also A1.
