The set up for each item is strightforward. My issues was not understanding how to sync everything. Sam was extremly helpful and solved my issues within mins.

I am still in the early stages of using the app but when I ran into a technical issue. Sam from live chat walked me through it and helped immensely. I have a lot of faith in using this app going forward!

Not only the app doesn't have so many necessary options, but also it has the most awful support team through our store apps. When we asked for more options that the app must have, they called us rude. I had such a bad experience to continue paying for this app.

We had some issues making our auction live at first but their customer service is pretty fast. They have been able to help us get exactly what we wanted from our auctions. Overall, great app and we will use it again.
