Select purchase orders in your Shopify admin and download them as a CSV or XLSX file laid out the way your supplier needs. Choose which columns to include, rename the headers and set the column order, then save the layout as a template for that supplier. Next time you export orders for the same supplier, the saved template is applied automatically. CSV files can include a UTF-8 BOM so Excel reads non-English text correctly. Purchase order contents are read at export and are not stored.
