I was nervous when I came to Shopify because I was very comfortable with Calendly and there isn't a direct and easy (or affordable) Calendly app. So, I had to search around for something different. I took a chance on this app and it has been an ideal experience! I had a few growing pains with my site as are always expected when you're getting used to a new system and process but Sam has been there every step of the way, helping me with some coding and customization on the back end to make sure everything I have needed/wanted so far is available. I run a combo e-commerce and in-person occult shop where I sell products and intuitive services. I needed the flexibility to offer products alongside services, and make the services customizable for my clients and customers. Every time I have needed support Sam has been there within minutes (during reasonable business hours) and I couldn't ask for better customer service or functionality. Especially for the price. I highly recommend this app! It's a great one to grow with.

Booking appointments on Shopify can be tricky, and finding an affordable, reliable solution is even tougher. Appntly has made it hassle-free to get started, with a great range of features that suit both newcomers and seasoned store owners. The standout, though, is the customer service. Sam is wonderful—quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and you'd never guess they're managing everything solo. I reached out through chat on a Sunday evening and got an immediate, helpful response (definitely not a bot!), which was impressive and much appreciated. While I haven't tried the upgraded options yet, they look well-priced and like they’d be great value. I’m eager to explore them as my business grows. Even though my store isn’t live yet, I’m really satisfied with Appntly’s performance and service. I’ll definitely be back to update once I have more experience, but so far, I couldn’t be happier. I must say I am impressed. I was able to schedule a meeting with the staff and they were on time and helpful. Furthermore, after the meeting, I still had some questions on setting up the calendar so I chatted. Not only they responded to the chat box in a timely manner but they guided me every step of the way on how to set up my calendar the way I needed it set up. Further more, before the chat was done, they confirmed everything was done and working properly. I greatly appreciate them for their guidance and patience with me.
