Easy to use and set up. Very Helpful support

Needed an app for booking appointments at an event booth. I reached out to support (hi Sam) at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and I had it all ready to go in 30 minutes. We used a different app for a previous event and this one was half the price, so we had to try it.

This is exactly what I needed, it does everything it says it will and support has unbelievable support for a beginner like me

I have been very happy with the integration of app with shopify, any roadblocks I have come across the tech support is very fast and direct, always solving the issues. I have used many booking softwares over the years being a service provider and aptly has bee easy to use as well as well priced subscription tears especially compared to some bigger booking apps.

App is very easy to use. My biggest fear was not being able to separate the product page and the form button. But their support helped me set it all up and now it just work the way i want it to.

So far so good with this app & their support!! I've not actually booked any services through it yet, but the setup was easy and integration with Google Calendar & Zoom was seamless. I contacted Sam on their support team to help me add the button to the appropriate service page as I had some custom code on my products that was blocking this app's button - and Sam had this done perfectly within 24 hours. They responded promptly to let me know and even offered to make further customizations to the booking popup modal to match my theme (wasn't needed, but still very nice of them to offer!) Very affordable for the pro plan (only $9 per month) and great support! Keep up the good work, team! :)

Great app that does exactly what I need it to do. Setup was straightforward, the features are intuitive, and everything has worked smoothly right from installation. I did run into a small hiccup early on, but the support team responded quickly and resolved the issue without any hassle. Their responsiveness and knowledge really stand out, and it’s clear they care about both the product and their users. If you’re on the fence, I’d absolutely recommend it.

Easy to use and setup and very well priced. Customer service is good with the developer replying to my setup questions personally and making suggestions on making my page look better. Highly recommend

I switched from Square appointments to Apntly because I wanted one seamless flow of payments through only one platform (Shopify), and this is the best app. It has everything you would need and great customer service. They are super fast to respond and help with anything you need help with! I highly recommend!

They app is very seamless and easy to navigate, i love the fact that the help chat is a real person and not a bot, that way my issues are resolved in a timely manner.

I am very happy with this app. I use it on both of my websites and have found it to be very useful and fairly easy to setup. I'm a little tech savvy, but no where near a developer level and Sam has been there to help, with a response time of less than 10 minutes day or night. The price for the app I find to be extremely reasonable for the tons of features it provide. Definitely recommend this app for small business booking.

This is well-built, reliable booking solution with excellent customer support. We have tried several 3rd party software booking apps to date and have wanted to build a Shopify site for years.
