App is very easy to integrate and works great for our needs to book appointments for customers to our showrooms. The cost is very affordable, and the support is excellent too if you ever need assistance with how to make a field required, or any other request, they helped us within a couple minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a booking appointment app for shopify.

Easy affordable and convenient scheduling app for my Shopify site. 10/10

I've only just installed this app today and I am so happy with it already. I spent hours trying to figure out how to set up another booking app but couldn't get it to work. Out of frustration I decided to look for a new app and I came across Apntly. The reviews sounded great so I decided to install it. Within minutes Sam helped me set it up just how I needed, no double booking errors in sight! It is a very streamlined app and easy to navigate. I've been using this app for my appointment bookings for a couple months now and I'm very pleased with my experience so far. It's been easy to use and add my products to the app. Anytime I needed any help, I got a response right away on live chat with a real person and the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service. Practical to set up, and more affordable than other comparable options as a new business owner which I appreciate. I can even make scheduling changes easily right from my phone without needing to log into desktop. Setting up my calendar and available/unavailable days is very straightforward and can be updated easily. Scheduling emails are sent timely and well-worded, but it's also easy to customize the verbiage if you want. I recommend anyone who needs an appointment scheduling app to try this :)
