The other reviews are correct -- the customer service here is great. Kyle was first helping me and then Susan picked up due to change in shifts. Both were quick/responsive and were knowledgeable and able to quickly pinpoint what my issue was (turns out the issue was due to user error ;p). The app works great with lots of customisation. I reached out to the support team to allow a couple of settings in the backend and change the default font and got a reply and a FIX within minutes. Tiffany was absolutely brilliant in her customer service!! Thank you so much. I am happy that I have decided to find alternatives to my old bundle app and found this one.
