Honestly they could have done a better work. Reports that you can't customize, not being able to find products with worst performing add to cart rates, basic infos. When asking the customer service he advised me to go on google analytics to create such reports. Then why would I use this app? Anyway useless..

I am writing this review because I started a ticket a few days ago, since I have double conversions on GA4. They followed up a bit, but now they have disappeared without replying anymore. Something is not adding up with the integration of this app and the Shopify native integration for Google Shopping and ads. Even without activating the Shopify native "Ga4," I have been getting double conversions for a few weeks now. It would be very nice to have a solution.

So far so good, extremely easy to install, user interface very clean and easy to understand, having the option to choose which events to want to track. Very nice simplyfied Google Analytics data imported into the shopify admin to get an overview of traffic and sales. Now I hope that all checkout completed events show up in Google Analytics because with the previous app I used that did not happen. Before I installed I emailed various questions to the app developers and the answers were very clear and to the point, so it their app: to the point and clear.

I have just loaded this app, which was pretty easy even for a none teccy person like me. I look forward to watching how things progress and will revisit these comments in a week or two.

Amazing customer service, required solely because I doubted my own ability with setting up GA4 in google. Considering I am currently on the free version, I was surprised at the response and assistance received. For sure, I will be upgrading as soon as my store starts to make money.
