It was a little difficult at first, but not on the integration app side. The integration app works great! I think on the Amazon side, they don't communicate clearly attribute criteria for all categories. For example, we had a group of items we were trying to upload to our Amazon store and Amazon was blocking the request because we were missing attributes that Amazon had not listed, so items were stuck between Integration and the Amazon marketplace. Tech support was incredibly kind and patient, however helpless because according to his records, we had all the information we needed included in our item attributes. Amazon tech support was horrible and were of no help; almost treated me like an invalid for even attempting to integrate our Shopify store into our Amazon store. I finally figured out on my own through 3 weeks of troubleshooting, I had to manually upload our items then tell the integration app to resubmit as an update to the said items to get Amazon to accept them and for integration to sync. Definitely NOT Integration Plus' problem. Your app has worked amazing and done everything we need it to do. Amazon needs to get up to speed, though. If anyone else has a similar issue with product not syncing/uploading to Amazon, that's how you fix it! Thanks for all the time and help from tech support and keeping this app up to date and functioning seamlessly; it really saves a lot of stress!

I have been intimidated with listing on Amazon for years, but now I have the right tools and support to get my products listed in time for the holidays thanks to this app and expert team. Wow, this app is a LIFE SAVER! We have really low shipping rates on Shopify that beat Amazon so shipping Amazon orders from Shopify saves us so much money! This app does it for you. It was seamless set-up and when I needed help Harvey helped in a snap! The other feature I love is you can set rules, for example I can mark-up my products sold from my store on Amazon by a certain % to help cover cost of Amazon fees and shipping. Brilliant!
