お客様情報（性別や誕生日）を取得するタイミングがありませんでしたがこのアプリで情報取得が可能になり、ShopifyFlowを使うことで取得タイミングもバリエーションが持てました。今後は購入者アンケートにも活用していこうと思っております。

売上の仕掛け作りに非常に有意義なアプリです。 Shopifyデフォルトでは得る事の出来ない会員登録者、購入者の属性を分析する為に導入しました。オートバイ専用ウェア企画販売する上での消費者はバイクに乗る人です。車両、排気量によって消費者の購買選択、購買行動が大きく変わります。会員登録者、購入者が保有する車両・排気量を知り、その消費者は何を選択し購入するのかを分析する為のアンケートを実施しています。このデータが蓄積される程、オートバイ専用ウェアの企画やMDの精度が上がり更に売上を伸ばせるものと思います。自社企画開発および販売をしているメーカーの方は導入した方が良いアプリだと思います。

ECサイトローンチ後5年程度経過し、CRMのために新規会員登録フォームにて誕生日と性別の取得を開始しました。既存会員について同じ情報を補完するために当アプリを活用しています。会員ごとの取得状況に応じて、不要な入力欄は非表示になります。今後は、Flowで報酬を設定して補完のスピードを加速させる、特定の商品を注文したお客様の声を自動収集して製品開発に生かす、などの利用方法を考えています。
