We just finished installing AiTrillion on our Shopify store. The loyalty program was very easy to set up -- the interface is intuitive and the support team was incredibly helpful when I hit a few stumbling blocks. AiTrillion helped me build a great landing page too! We have used another email marketing service for years and were nervous to switch everything to AiTrillion, but we decided to give it a shot. It was easy to export our contacts, and the email builder was intuitive and would be familiar to anyone who has used an email marketing builder before. The AiTrillion team has been a massive help to our company from the beginning of our working together. We had a very unique problem set that we laid out to the team and they have been hitting each metric one by one that we have requested. Because of all of the great communication, the willingness to meet with us (even sometimes on weekends) and the ability to rise to the demand we placed on their software should be HIGHLY regarded! We have been altering the software for about a month straight and are just about to launch it. As of now, i would give the company 6 stars if I could. Updates to follow!
