I installed this app and had a few questions about usage. Hritik and customer service team were very helpful and scheduled a call incredibly quickly, solved my queries and were incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend customer service. The app itself is highly intuitive with each individual app working together. For us this eliminated the need for workarounds and other workflow patch ups compared to other individual apps. 10/10

We originally installed AiT for the expansive Loyalty Program which has been a great tool to us, but there are many other features within this App that will benefit your business. I tried 5 other loyalty programs before I chose this one. This is what the other 5 should have been like. First, setup is super easy and it looks great on my site out of the box. Second, the AITrillion app has so many features at a great price that using it is a no-brainer. Third, the customer support is the best I've ever experienced. The best customer relation I ever seen. It is above all expectations. Their team is helping me to set up everything while we are under a lot of workload and it is a top-end support they are offering. The features feels unlimited and very well done. This app may be the number one on Shopify in a few years because of their ability to make such a great product, but more over with a perfect set up team wich is the key for ecommerce actors. Bravo !

We just finished installing AiTrillion on our Shopify store. The loyalty program was very easy to set up -- the interface is intuitive and the support team was incredibly helpful when I hit a few stumbling blocks. AiTrillion helped me build a great landing page too! We have used another email marketing service for years and were nervous to switch everything to AiTrillion, but we decided to give it a shot. It was easy to export our contacts, and the email builder was intuitive and would be familiar to anyone who has used an email marketing builder before.
