Solid app, but the customer service is what really stands out. Setup was quick and painless, no technical nonsense to deal with. What's actually worth mentioning is their follow-through after you sign up. Yigi has been consistently responsive whenever I've had questions - she answers right away and solves problems without the usual runaround. I've used plenty of similar services where you're basically forgotten once they have your money. Not the case here. They provide actual support from real people who know what they're doing. Good product backed by people who actually care about their customers. Refreshing. Absolutely recommend without hesitations.

This is a must have if you are running meta ads. Was super easy to get the app off and running to match events in a more accurate way than we’ve ever had before! We’ve tried various programs on the ad side to try to track more accurately and nothing seemed to work. This server side tracking/matching is a more reliable solution for us and the fact that we can also have better data for our email campaigns and flows is a BIG added bonus!!

Aimerce has been incredible. Within a day or two of installation, all of bottom of funnel Event Match Quality Scores all rose above a 9.0, currently at 9.3. They were previously stuck at 8.5. All of my top of funnel events increased significantly as well. Yiqi & Tal have been incredibly helpful, and very quick to respond. The setup was relatively simple to do on my own, but they made sure to do a screenshare call with me to make sure everything was set up properly as well as walk me through how to view the results. With ios15 and ad-blockers and new email requirements we'd noticed these issues and were skeptical any first-party data tools existed.
