It’s impossible to purchase the $50 plan due to a bug in the app. I contacted them several days ago, and they said they would take care of it. I never got a response. Useless app, not recommended.

Super useful app. I was able to get the Alt Text generated for 2000 images in just about an hour. So far I have encountered 2 bugs, however the customer service team was incredibly quick to respond, take action and resolve the issues. The AI does have an issue with character count in case you mean to keep them limited to a certain number of characters, however the descriptions it provides are solid and descriptive. I will definitely continue using this app for the foreseeable future.

Provides excellent, detailed alt text descriptions, and allows you to customize the prompt to include necessary information/formatting. Customer service is incredibly fast and helpful. Highly recommend for its purposes.

Great app overall. The bulk processing feature is a lifesaver, and the AI does a solid job with most images. Took off one star because sometimes the descriptions are a bit too generic for very specific technical products, but customer service was super helpful in adjusting the settings to improve this. Would recommend for most stores.

Finally the only one that was able to write proper alt tags and at a good price. It costed around $15 to do 2,000 images whereas the other apps were trying to charge me 3 times the price. I like the SEO setting that makes sure my product name and keyword gets added to the front of the alt text.
