app not working, i paid 15$ and its showing blank page, i wrote support 2-3 times .. 48h passed and no replay.. bad

Great app overall. The bulk processing feature is a lifesaver, and the AI does a solid job with most images. Took off one star because sometimes the descriptions are a bit too generic for very specific technical products, but customer service was super helpful in adjusting the settings to improve this. Would recommend for most stores.

Finally the only one that was able to write proper alt tags and at a good price. It costed around $15 to do 2,000 images whereas the other apps were trying to charge me 3 times the price. I like the SEO setting that makes sure my product name and keyword gets added to the front of the alt text. In today's times, having AI tools to autogenerated things like SEO meta tags and alt texts are crucial

I tried a few other apps before, but this is the only one where the generated text actually made sense. I also like the fact that you can add in keyword that you want to focus on.

There was no option to add more credits, which meant we had to rebuy the monthly plans each time we exhausted our credits. This seemed like a way for the company to make more money than necessary. Despite our multiple purchases, we were eventually banned, which feels unjust given the revenue we were generating for them. The service needs to reconsider its credit system and user policies.
