I have been using this app i want to say 2-3 years and just recently started back using it within the last week or so.... It is PERFECT for business owners are looking for affiliates; setup/signup is sooooo EASY and Customer Service is LITERALLY always a click away. Every Rep I have encountered has been knowledgeable with QUICK resoluton. I plan to continue with this app and soon see what the upgraded version can do for my business... I installed the upPromote app to try out the free plan as I'm still in the process of setting up my store and haven't started selling yet. The app has been great for managing referral codes, and when I decided to offer discounts via referral codes, I upgraded to the Professional plan with the free trial. While customizing the affiliate registration page, I ran into some difficulties, so I reached out to their support team. Even though they promised a response within an hour, I was pleasantly surprised to receive help almost immediately. Within 5 minutes, the issue was resolved! The support was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful. This app is a must-have for anyone serious about affiliate marketing on Shopify. Highly recommended!
