Great app, easy to set up custom reports and schedule. Would love an option to send using company domain in the future. Any issues, the customer support team is quick, friendly and helpful.

Had an issue where data was not able to be inserted into google sheets. Andrii from customer support was quick to help resolve this, with as well as workarounds to get the report up and running as well as suggestions on how the report can be finetuned further. Really appreciate the support provided.

Lots of great reports provided, plus you can create custom reports for all kinds of data analysis. Easy to set up emails/links to automate the process. The company has been very helpful in helping set up custom reports, just send them a message and they are quickly responsive.

Love this integration! Much more robust reporting system than shopify. I will say this team helped me create a few columns to save at least 2 months of my life per year. I actually got teary... sounds crazy but after 12 years of doing manual reporting for ordering - it's a God send. Thank you Mipler!

Dang it, Mipler customer service is awesome! Andrii is 5-star. We ask how to do something and he responds with having done it (and telling us how he did it).

Review on Andrii - Had to check some data this morning as i prepared to run kids to school. Had just a few minutes. Could not do the report i wanted - or could not figure out how to build it - and jumped on CHAT. Andrii was the support person that joined chat. I told him what i needed and he was able to build the report i needed in just a few minutes. Got what i needed and got the kids to school on time. Great support and great help.

The customer support is amazing. They were able to create a Tax Report by Payout period for me with the break down of all the tax variants in Canada. Other service providers were not able to offer what I needed. Mipler is a funny name but they are very serious and professional people there.

We've been looking for a way to create custom reports in Shopify that can be distributed via email, and Mipler has been the most capable solution that we could find. More importantly though, their support team has been very responsive, communicative, and helpful in addressing questions and requests for new features that we've brought up.

This is a great tool for anyone serious enough to be wanting to grow their e-commerce platform. My favorite reports are the inventory reports and the Inventory Planner. I can easily send reports to my accountant, and I am just about to use Mipler to help me with my CDFTA tax report! What a time-saver!

This app has been infinitely useful for my team. We rely on our metafield data to guide our sales reports, and Shopify doesn't support metafields in their built-in reporting tools. The Mipler team has been able to add our metafields quickly and comprehensively. Any time we have needed support, the team is swift and they truly make every effort to help their customers.
