The Appify accessibility App is incredible! It has made our website so much more accessible to those with vision impairment which is very important to us. Thank you for thinking about those that need assistance!

Sorry for that but honestly, what a bunch of not so great realizations. I was thrown like a ball by Paresh and Vivek from AppifyCommerce in templated support responses basically washing their hands from my question and my issues, and with statements such as "our listing say X, but actually we only do Y, such as being only partially compliant. Yes thanks a lot I really wish this would have been said before, now that I'm in this risky situation with my site selling to US. States taht requires compliance. I spent weeks using this product and then bam, the crap hit the fan and the support I get is basically, OH we don't support X, Y and Z and we don't get you closer to compliance and we don't do any code changes... well damn, why did I install this in the first place then? Then Paresh comes out and ask me for random screenshots, it's obvious the support department is too busy or not willing to help, and that's honestly a big let down since nothing in their documentation, app install our listing would have let me believe that I'm on my own, and they truly don't care.

Service was quick to respond, assisting us in changing the default language, this app has great value, looking forward to see the app further improve allowing more customizability, but it is already quite good

I searched through so many accessibility apps looking for one that included the necessary features my site needed but also didn't cost me a large monthly fee. I am so happy I decided to go with this app as it very well user orientated, affordable, and their support team was able to assist me in a matter of minutes after I sent in my request. Would highly recommend this app for any website.

Update: Still 5 stars! I updated my theme on Shopify and the Appify team were ready and willing to update their app as well! Great Customer Service! Great app and the customer support is great! I need special coding and they got it done quickly! Very attentive and willing to help you out! Highly recommend!

Easy to install & activate this app. The support is quick and helped to customize it. It looks great!

Looks great and fits in to my desktop theme pretty darn well. Easy to customize with CSS. It didn't fit into my mobile theme very well so I contacted their support team. They went into my theme files and made all the necessary adjustments themselves. And I haven't even spent any money yet; I'm still in the trial period! It looks great and I'm impressed.

so far a wonderful app that will add value to my site. I really like the adjustable features and how it caters to an online audience that is often over looked. it is a widget i would have never thought of adding myself.
