For now a horrible experience, support told me to uninstall and reinstall, because that app caused a conflict in my theme. I receive this from their support: Justin: I’ve checked your site, and it looks like our App AccessEz caused a CSS conflict that brings the issue. lso im not sure if its an outage or not, but anytime I write in, the chat window immediately closes by agent, so I get no help. I was lured in by the low price but right now it's an expensive mistake defacing my site. CAREFUL TO INSTALL ON A TEST SITE FIRST. Will reinstall now and see what help I can get. My site has been broken for a couple of hours so far and I need HELP, please stop closing the live chat. -- UPDATE: Still broken, no help, I can totally understand techincal issue but the way support / Justin is handling this is absolutely unforgiveable. He just acknowledged that the site broke my site, causing a CSS conflict, but no code fix, no help, no solution, and either him, or the platform, kept closing any kind of conversation or support exchange we had. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix it, now contracting Shopify contractor to help, BEWARE, if something goes wrong, you're on your own with this one. If App owner (not Justin) sees this and want to help PLEASE contact me by email, this is an awful destructive experience so far and I need help removing this new conflict / error from my site. UPDATE 2: Someone else contact me, predenting to be the founder; Levy; putting the blame of the conflict on my site instead of his app, asking if the yellow transparent broken widget is my choice. Again, no solution, no help, just blame, I'm so done. My developer told me he had to restore some settings using our backup tool. Costly fix too! Awful. Will uninstall.
