Afterglow adds four ready-made blocks to your Thank you and Order status pages: a post-purchase survey, order tracking, a referral discount code and a custom message. Turn each block on, set its order and edit its content from the Afterglow page in your admin. Blocks use Shopify's checkout and customer account extensions, so they follow your checkout branding with no theme edits. Survey answers can be exported as CSV, and block views and clicks are counted only for shoppers who allow analytics.

Inkslip prints invoices, packing slips and quotes from your admin: from an order, from orders you select, from a draft order, or every invoice for a range of dates. Each invoice is numbered the first time it's issued and keeps that number on every reprint, and the number is saved on the order. Invoices show each tax rate, your legal details, and the buyer's VAT number with a reverse-charge note when it applies. Customers can download their own invoice from the order status page or their account.

When a customer places a second order before you ship the first, you pay to ship twice. ShipRules finds fully paid, unfulfilled orders from the same customer to the same address within a time window you set, and merges them into one order: the extra items move over at no charge, the duplicate order is cancelled and its shipping refunded. Approve each merge in a queue, or merge automatically with Shopify Flow. Every merge is logged and can be undone.
