Send order and COD confirmations on WhatsApp from your own number. Know which COD orders to ship.

WabMeta sends your Shopify customers WhatsApp messages from your own WhatsApp Business number. When an order is placed, the customer gets an order confirmation. For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer is asked to confirm or cancel with one tap, and their answer is added to the order in Shopify as a tag (COD-Confirmed or COD-Cancelled), so you know which orders to ship. WabMeta never cancels an order. Replies arrive in your WabMeta inbox.
