Everyone scans at the same time and each person's totals appear live. Bluetooth scanners and the phone camera both work. Counting continues offline and syncs when the signal returns. Before anything is written, items that moved in Shopify during the count are held back as conflicts, and any applied count can be undone.

Priorly records every change to your products, collections, pages and blog posts as Shopify reports it, and checks for the ones Shopify never reports — a gap in the record is shown, not hidden. Open an item to see what changed and when, then put back a field, a version, a deleted item at its old web address, or every item touched in a bad hour. On Advanced you can download the record as a file too. History is kept 30, 90 or 365 days by plan, and email notices stay off until you turn them on.
