Shoppers pick store pickup or local delivery, then a delivery date and time slot. Each slot has a capacity, and a 10-minute hold stops the last spot being sold twice. Set cut-offs per weekday, prep days per product, blackout dates, yearly holidays and order limits per location or store. Set local delivery zones by ZIP/postal code or radius. Run the day from one orders list and delivery calendar, email customers at each step, and hand over pickups in Shopify POS with a code check.
