Metafield Expiry automates product expiry actions using a product metafield date/time. You can build this in Shopify Flow, but it can take time to design, test, and maintain: date comparisons, scheduled runs, and iterating through many products may be difficult within workflow limits. With this app, select the metafield and choose an action: unpublish from the Online Store, or set products to draft or archived. Metafield values can come from Bulk Editor, product CSV import, or other tools.

Once a day, Lifeboat copies your products and stock levels. You can also back up by hand. Open a backup and pick what to put back. A product rolls back to that day: title, price, variants, tags, custom fields. A deleted one is recreated with its inventory tracking setting. Stock is restored per location. Check the quantity now and the one to write, then write it back. Stock sold after the preview is left alone. Products and stock only, not images, collections, themes, orders or customers.
