Setting up a food business? USE ZAPIET! Absolutely amazing support team! I havent even upgraded to premium yet (was setting everything up before I go live) and I was still treated like a paying customer! One of the options I setup was bugging the app, took less than 24 hours for them to identify the settings I had input that caused the issue! 10/10 to Angelo and Betty for helping me fix the issue! Definitely use Zapiet as they have a suite of apps that all work together for restaurants!

The chat person kept asking me to grant them access to our account... She was not able to solve issue and insisted they had to access our account. Sorry to say, but this was very suspicious In the meantime, we lost money as product options were not charging for the extras at checkout

Stephane was incredibly helpful and fixed more than just one issue with my store. I couldn't recommend his work and his customer service more.

I had an issue with the app not working with my store. As soon as I reached out to them, they had some on it. It was a little more complicated that we 1st thought. The had it fixed by the next morning! Thank you.

This is genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had with an app on Shopify. I accidentally caused an issue on my end, and the support team went above and beyond to not only fix it, but to do so quickly and kindly. This isn’t the first time I’ve needed help—and both times, their support was exceptional. They’re fast, helpful, and truly care about making things right for the user. It's rare to find a team so committed to customer satisfaction. Beyond the support, the app itself is fantastic. It’s powerful, flexible, and makes customizations easy—especially for those of us running more personalized stores. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs both functionality and a support team that actually has your back.

Downloaded the app to use and try, had some issues in the beginning, and since have loved the app. They went out of their way to create and release the toggle option and was operational within 2 weeks. They've gone over the top to make our shop work seamlessly with other apps, especially their sister app - Zapiet Pickup and Delivery. I am hopeful they get a bulk add option when you need to add a bunch of options. Excited to see what other options they come up with in the future.

Love it, we had this idea where we wanted people to send us a picture for us to print on their tins, and it was a mess asking at checkout to send it via email etc etc. when i found out about product options, where you can simply upload the pic on the pdp!? amazing. great work again from the zapiet team.

This app does exactly what it says it will do, and interfaces well with Zapiet Pickup & Delivery. I needed some help and Kitty was fantastic to work with.

Downloaded the app to use and try, had some issues in the beginning, and since has been setting up again to try. I do hope features like a toggle option, bulk option add, are added in soon to make my store run better.

Updated Review: They added wording to make it clear to potential users that its pricing add-on feature is only available to Shopify Plus users. I updated my review to 2 stars as my experience with this app has been less than fun. Once a work around is available hopefully this can change the review! I was suggested by the Support Staff at Zapiet to use this app as it works seamlessly with their Pickup and Delivery app. So I installed and has issues to get it loaded. Once that was fixed, I went through the process of testing the app with the trial. When I got to the point to add the up-charge feature on a specific product option - I was notified that only stores that are in the Plus tier (Shopify's most expensive) can use that feature. It's deceiving to any customer wanting to use this app. As the $14.00/m plan includes access to all features. This is a feature, but you have to be on a specific tier. Just letting anyone know that may want to install this app.
