EDIT 11/29 POST RESPONSE FROM ORICIHI: Anyone lucky enough to read this message will not regret it. I would like to point out that no refund was made. At the time, I was on a trial period, so I would have paid (even a high price!), so there was no refund. I also pointed this out separately, so I don't understand why it was taken into consideration in the response. So, from this alone, it is clear that they don't know what they are talking about or how to deal with customers. Unfortunately, I am no longer your customer, as I have felt cheated several times. Customer service is non-existent; they always give me the same answer and do not care about the customer. Responses are slow, even a day late, as they are based in Vietnam and are +7 hours ahead of America. The basic video they sent me makes no sense and proves nothing. I asked them one thing and they replied with another. This went on for days. Yesterday was Black Friday, and I'll leave you to imagine the problems this caused.
PRE:
I feel cheated
Downloading this app was my downfall. Unfortunately, I trusted the positive reviews, but if you think about it, no one really bothers writing positive reviews. Most of the time, reviews are written by people who’ve had serious problems, so they’re negative. This is one of those.
After I subscribed and connected everything correctly, the app started asking me to take out an annual subscription after I’d already paid for the monthly one, and the only way to exit that screen was to close the app. Right after going back in, I realised nothing was actually connected because the app wasn’t showing anything. So I immediately wrote to customer support, who didn’t reply for a long time, and when they finally did, the answer had nothing to do with what I’d explained. It felt like a bot, but it had a name, so it wasn’t a real bot.
I replied, and they got back to me the next day because they follow Vietnam working hours, and they kept saying everything was fine. Shortly after, I noticed from their dashboard that the data wasn’t being recorded correctly: it was making up events that never happened, on absurd dates. They replied by inventing a location where I supposedly was and told me my problem was the time zone. I explained and documented with screenshots that the time zone I set matches the ad account and that it’s not as they claim. They apologised and told me their dev team would take care of it.
Several hours went by (at least 6) and nobody got back to me. I wrote again, clearly telling them this is not a professional way to work, and they told me I just had to wait. On top of that, I had asked them about an error that popped up on the pixel and, trusting them, I thought I could solve it, so I sent them a screenshot of the error Facebook was showing me. Their reply, in a nutshell, was: the error appeared before you downloaded the app, so it’s not our responsibility — in a very dry tone.
I replied that I had subscribed to their service precisely to fix that problem, and they just told me I had to wait, period. Oh, and I almost forgot! Lastly, I told them: look, yesterday in the Meta dashboard I had no results for this event, and they told me I need to wait up to 72 hours because Meta can register data even after 72 hours. That has never happened to me: by the end of the day Meta either gives you the data or it doesn’t. It doesn’t give you today’s data three days later.
Basically, they never really took my requests for help into consideration, and the worst part is that nobody actually replies to you – they’re on some kind of +7 timezone from the US. This means losing money, especially in Q4. Time is money, and when you work with e-commerce, data is essential: it’s like a patient’s medical record for a doctor. Whoever is lucky enough to read these words knows exactly what I’m talking about.
