Yomna from this app is the worst when it comes to customer service! I asked for help regarding a very simple thing and for more than 4 days I am chasing them to help me without any success. They are the worst when it comes to customer service! HIGHLY NON-RECOMMENDED

Disappointed with the support, at first, the team was helpful and helped me set things up correctly. However, after that, my logo in the header got completely bugged, and no one has provided a fix. I’ve sent multiple tickets asking for updates, but all I get are automatic email replies with no real assistance. It’s really frustrating, especially after the good start. Hope they improve their customer support soon, because the app itself has potential.
