So far this company has been tip-top. Our store has retail customers who will save 20%, 30% or 40% off many products. It was very easy to set up the customer specific discounts. Also, we have a few product quantity discounts, and they were easy to set up as well. If I had a problem, I contacted support through the chat. Every time, I was answered within minutes, and told the problem would be fixed. Later, I got an email, and the problem was fixed. I've only been with them for a short time, but so far for me, their support has been as good as you can find.

We’ve been using this app for over a year now, and honestly… it feels like cheating. All the discount features we ever wanted are packed into this one app. Wholesale pricing? Check. Tiered discounts? Check. POS magic? Double check. It’s like the swiss army knife of Shopify apps: but sharper. What makes it even better is the support team. Whenever we broke something (which, let’s be real, was totally our fault), they swooped in like superheroes and fixed it real fast. After trying way too many apps, this one easily wins the gold medal. One app to rule them all, and apparently, one app to make us stop paying for five others. Best app so far, no contest.

We don't do quantity discounts, we just have fixed discounts for our distributor tiers. The distributors have price lists. When we enter purchase orders from them, we can make the order in app, and then compare their pricing in our system to the pricing on their order, as a way to have a check and balance. This was the kind of solution I was looking for. The team was very responsive when I ran into issues. If you are a manufacturer, this is a great solution to help you with your distributors.
