I accidentally subscribed to this program and now I can't cancel and am forced to pay!!! This is a scam program!

I've not getting whatsapp messages recently and realized that app is not working and seen on my website. When I cheched it that it is requesting a payment monthly. what a pity.

SCAM... FREE BUT IS 3,99USD THEN YOU'RE GOING TO PAY ALL WHATSAPP MESSAGES. ONCE INSTALLED IT IS DIFFICULT TO UNINSTALL. BE CAREFUL

Son unos ladron@s, instalas la aplicación 10 minutos y te cobran casi 4€, después no te responden a nada, ni a los correos ni a los mensajes, nada. Te roban tu dinero por una aplicación que no vale para nada. Shopify tampoco se hace responsable del cargo que me hicieron. Ladron@s de vergüenza

The worst app I must say. They have been charging me a subscription fee for the last 3 months, although I'm not using their services. Tried to contact them but no response from them yet. I even tried to contact Shopify but they gave no satisfactory response.

I have asked time and time again for help as I cant get it to work on SMS for Abadoned Carts, or Emails. And the credit is going down but there doesnt seem to be any SMS happening so why is the credit reducing.

Esta mal que inicien cobrando 3usd/mes mientras que en todos lados han dicho que es gratis. Si bien hay una parte de pago, es de esperarse que se pueda habilitar posteriormente. Por deshonestidad califico con una estrella.

Malisima app, ni bien la instalo me lleva al checkout para suscribirme y pagar automaticamente, no me deja configurar nada. Dice que es gratis pero lo primero que te llevan es a la pagina de cobro, ya intente varias veces cambiar y nada

My evaluation that I wrote before is still valid. Not working. Especially for testing purposes, I left an item in the cart on my site and I did not receive a WhatsApp message. The only feature of the application is that it serves no purpose other than showing the message "Unable to Recover", indicating that the product left in the cart was not converted into sales.

Beautiful! But, since I installed the app I can see a green bar on the top of my page if I look at my site with Iphones. I can't find the way to remove it/change its color back.

Its awesome app, but if you can add while checkout an confirmation through Whatsapp or SMS it will be great, just to stop such fake orders

Tengo la version gratis desde hace 4 años y siempre ha funcionado bien. Solo lo basico, pero muy bien.
