I installed the app. The app doesnt let you try the product feature without taking a plan. After i selected a 99$ plan, the videos werent working especially for my product which is jewellery. so i uninstalled the app within 10 minutes. However my shopify is now charging me for the whole month which is 99$ and there is no way to cancel this subsciption or get a refund. Havent received a response after requesting support to Refund. Not sure if this is legit or just a money making app. Ideally shopify should cancel the subscription if the app is unsinstalled within 24hrs. This FEELS LIKE A SCAM BEING CHARGES 99$ for just 10 min of the app!!!!!! SINCE SHOPIFY DOESNT HELP WITH REFUNDS EITHER THERE IS NO WAY TO DISPUTE SO I WOULD HIGHLY WARN PEOPLE TO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!!!

1. after adding my website's link I found out it cannot generate video in bulk because the link has multiple images in the gallery. There is no option to pick specific image in the gallery. No way to use the website's image source address. So the FREE is pointless. Update: I have received an email with a thank you for trying the app and an apology with 50 credits offered and that the app is still in development. but then requesting me to remove the review. I also checked with shopify policy and found it is illegal to ask reviewers to remove a review So I choose to keep me review open but will raise it from 2 stars to 3 stars. Shopify FAQ "Yes, on Shopify, it is considered illegal and against their Partner Program Agreement to explicitly ask app users to remove their negative reviews or feedback"
