VuDrop records packing and return inspections on a phone or tablet. Scanning a shipping label barcode starts the recording, and scanning a done code stops it and uploads the video. Each recording is linked to the matching order by its tracking number, so you can find it later by searching that number. When a buyer questions what arrived, you can send them a link to the video of their parcel. Recordings are deleted automatically once their retention period ends.
