Billie helped me with my promotion to ensure it was set up and working 100% prior to our launch date, the landing page, confirmation emails; post purchase actions she helped implement everything and when I had problems she was able to jump in and fix these promptly. We have used viralsweep for many of our giveaways and cannot recommend enough.

I have given too much. Guys don't fall for this app. Neither their customer support have any idea about the product and nor the app. Sometimes it works, and next time it stops working. And every time you reach to customer support they send you screenshot of their manuals as if we entrepreneurs are illiterate. I have taken Business plan and my god, last 1 week has been a hell for me. I have to explain customer support team like babies holding their hands and every time you reach out, they come with excuse of "We will get back to you tomorrow" and I have to follow up with them to know the update. Simple words "Disgusting." Reach out to me at [email protected] if any one needs proof of the chats how beautiful the support team is.
