I love this app so much - easy, intuitive, clean - and the customer support is incredible: personal, quick, and tons of follow up. The ability to do easy add on sales and add a variety of customizations pays for itself and adds such a level of finish to the online purchasing process every site should have it. I highly recommend this app.

Excellent App and easy to use. Very user friendly. There are a few reasons this didn't get 5 stars. First this app does not work with 3rd party apps such as Shop and Shopify Collective Supplier, the variants do not show up. Second is that I have had a few times where the variant selections will randomly be deleted without user input. Third, depending on how you manage discounts it may take an additional app for automatic discounts. I am trying to integrate additional Shopify dealers for my products, so I am looking for a better fit.

Doesn't work with other apps. Help was not easy to get, no live chat service. Didn't integrate well with my theme.

I started using VOP to help enhance how my products are listed online and I love it! Because of the type of products I sell, I want my visitors and customers can find what they need without having to keep clicking and searching. I'm now able to list all my options for one product on one listing.

I had a fully paid subscription plan valid until 2026. Since we won't be selling anymore after 2026, I decided to cancel the subscription to prevent automatic renewal. However, after doing this, all app features were disabled. I've tried contacting support, but there's no available communication channel. I need the features of the already-paid plan to be restored or a refund issued.

The team at Relentless Apps is incredibly quick to respond and very efficient. They troubleshooted my issue in less than one working day, which really impressed me. On top of that, they were clear in their communication and made sure I understood what was going on, even though I’m not super technical. The app itself is easy to use and does exactly what I need for my store, and having such fast, reliable support makes it even better. For some Reason when i enabled this app on my product page, it changed all the Pictures that were previosly in the Photo section AND even changed review pictures to variant pictures which is outragues!!! do they not check what happens when someone casually installs that plugin, damn crazy
