They helped us create the perfect loyalty program for our customers! Ask them as many questions as you want - they are loyalty experts! Allowing my customers to create coupons by using their points directly is indeed an amazing feature! Use their scratch card and wheel of fortune feature to drive stickiness and higher customer interaction. Also, the Surveys and Review & Reward features are perfect for capturing valuable data and social proof. 100/100 - would highly recommend uLoyal to any website that wants to retain its customers!
